The Heart & Soul Behind This Work
I’m Bonnie Chase, and I’m glad you’re here.
I create books and journals for women who are navigating healing, change, and moments when life asks you to slow down and listen more closely.
This work was born from lived experience, from witnessing burnout, disconnection, and the quiet longing so many women carry to feel whole again. My work exists to offer support, reflection, and a place to land.
Why I Write
I’ve seen what happens when women feel disconnected from their bodies, their voices, and their sense of inner authority.
I’ve also seen what happens when they’re given space, not answers, but permission to listen.
I write because healing doesn’t come from being told what to do.
It comes from learning how to trust yourself again.
These books and journals are meant to be companions, something steady you can return to when things feel uncertain, overwhelming, or tender.
My mission is to support healing through honest reflection, self-care, and inner listening. This work is grounded in compassion, choice, and lived experience.
A Bit About Me
When I’m not writing or creating new journals, you’ll usually find me soaking up simple moments, watching my granddaughter play softball, walking in nature, or curled up somewhere quiet with a green smoothie and a notebook nearby.
I understand the winding, personal nature of healing because I’ve lived it. This work comes from experience, not theory, from listening inward, honoring the body, and learning to move through life with more compassion and self-trust.
That lived understanding is what shapes every page I create.

Our Values
What Guides This Work?
Truth
I write from lived experience, not theory. These pages are honest, grounded, and created with care for where you truly are.
Integrity
If it doesn’t feel supportive, respectful, and emotionally safe, it doesn’t belong here. I only create what I would use myself.
Compassion
Healing is complex and deeply personal. This work is guided by gentleness, patience, and respect for each individual journey.

Are You Ready to Begin?
If something here resonates, you’re invited to explore the books and journals and see what speaks to you.
There’s no right way to begin, just start where you are.
